  • Anish Srivastava

    CEO / President

    Anish Srivastava is the CEO and President of TUV Rheinland OpenSky, a wholly owned subsidiary of TÜV Rheinland Group. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for TUV Rheinland OpenSky.

    Anish has more than 20 years of experience leading, innovating and scaling cybersecurity businesses globally. Throughout his career, he advised a number of global clients in addressing complex, large-scale transformation challenges around information and IT security.

    Prior to joining TUV Rheinland OpenSky, Anish held several leadership and executive positions at IBM, most recently as Managing Partner and Practice Leader of the North America IBM Security Services Business Unit. Earlier, he held a similar role in the Asia-Pacific region. Before joining IBM, he was with Tata Consultancy Services, leading the Information Risk Management consulting and services business for the North America region, driving sales and delivery targets for the company. Anish holds both an MBA and a Bachelor in Computer Science from the University of Pune.

  • Fred Wainwright


    Fred Wainwright is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for TUV Rheinland OpenSky. For over 20 years, Fred has worked in cybersecurity leadership roles to support government and commercial entities, performing roles ranging from solution architecture to hands-on network analysis.

    Before joining our team, Fred was responsible for the delivery of products and services for commercial clients at Delta Risk. Fred supported companies who wanted to secure their information technology through the implementation of policies, exercises, risk assessments, and active monitoring. Before entering the commercial sector, Fred spent over 20 years in the United States Air Force in technical leadership roles to support the cyber security needs of the military. Fred holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Administration from Saint Leo University, a Master of Science degree from the Air Force Institute of Technology, and a Master of Science degree in Computer Resource and Information Management from Webster University.

  • Gaurav Bahal


    Gaurav has over two decades of experience in consulting and sales leadership roles serving global clients across geographies and industry verticals. His passion for building and leading high-performing ‘mindful’ teams has manifested in strong client relationships of trust and transparency. He has a track record of executing winning sales strategies that align well the business and IT imperatives of his clients.

    Before TUV Rheinland OpenSky, Gaurav was instrumental in building and growing the North American business for the Manufacturing & Consumer business at Hexaware Technologies. During his tenure of over ten years at TATA Consultancy Services, Gaurav guided Fortune 500 clients as a business consultant to drive sales growth. Gaurav holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

  • Jim Rodriguez


    Jim Rodriguez is the Vice President of Digitalization and Automation for TUV Rheinland OpenSky. Jim has over 30 years of experience in Consulting, Internet Services, Information Technology, Cybersecurity and Enterprise Software. Jim and his team oversee operations, IT, business strategy, and customer success activities.

    Before bringing his expertise to TUV Rheinland OpenSky, Jim held senior management roles in Healthcare, Insurance, Finance, Entertainment, and IT Software, Hardware and Service Provider Networks. Most recently Jim was the General Manager for an international software company. Jim has served on the Board of Directors for a Security organization, as well as Advisory Board for a Consulting firm. Jim holds a degree in Accounting and Data Processing.

  • Markus Fraund

    Director of HR & Recruitment

    Markus Fraund is the Director of HR & Recruitment of TUV Rheinland OpenSky. Markus has nearly 20 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, talent management, compensation, and strategic workforce planning. Markus oversees talent acquisition, development, retention, and compensation planning.

    Prior to joining TUV Rheinland OpenSky, Markus led various HR teams and initiatives in the aerospace & defense, higher education, and retail industries. Most recently, Markus was a Senior HR Manager at Raytheon where he led the Engineering workforce planning and hiring forecasting, talent management, and compensation programs. Markus holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Economics and an MBA with a focus in Organizational Design.

  • Mike Makowka

    Chief Information Security Officer

    Mike has over 18 years of experience in consulting for Information Technology (IT) and Security. During his career, Mike has performed many roles in IT and Security, from Java Developer to Fortune 500 CISO.

    Previously Mike held the senior Security role at a Fortune 500 firm where he built their Security program from scratch. Mike worked with other CIOs and CISOs to develop Security programs. Mike designed and implemented secure IT systems, developed incident response programs, vendor programs, and evaluated security postures. Most recently, Mike was a CISO for Leo Cybersecurity where he designed and executed security programs.   Mike’s consulting experience includes work at Deloitte and Accenture.  Mike has a Master of Science in Information Security and Assurance and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
